Nenshi & Wong Announce Customer Advocacy group AND CHANGE FROM THE TRANSIT TICKET MACHINES!

There's a lot of things packed into this video and they all deserve attention, but the most important fact here is that CT is getting better, and will start doing things that make sense. Accepting credit/debit and giving out CHANGE for cash purchases at the CT Ticket machines! Everyone rejoice!
